Dbriefs U: Faculty

The education and development of future tax professionals has always been a passion of ours at Deloitte, and one of mine personally. So I'm excited to introduce Dbriefs U, Deloitte's tax-focused webcast series for college students.

Professors at universities across the country use these educational webcasts to complement their tax and accounting coursework, and to give students a broader perspective on the impact of tax on businesses today. Dbriefs U is an extension of Dbriefs, our popular webcast series for executives.

The Deloitte professionals who develop and present our Dbriefs U sessions offer students real-world insights into the tax profession through their knowledge, stories, and client examples. And occasionally, tax specialists from corporations, universities, and government organizations join us to offer their perspectives.

Our program of 19 webcasts provides learning for students at every level. New topics are added each semester, and we regularly update our popular presentations. Each webcast also includes an attendance reporting feature that tracks students' participation. And, these on-demand webcasts can be viewed any time – they are free and easy to use.
