New topics for Spring '10
This spring, Dbriefs U will add four new webcasts: all-new versions of tax in the corporation, estate planning, and entity choices, and a special webcast on careers in taxation. Webcasts will be available to students on January 11. Federal tax accounting and IFRS and Tax will not be offered this spring. Read more.

Preview New Webcasts for Fall
Dbriefs U Fall '09 offers 19 on-demand webcasts to complement your students' tax education. Preview links for our 5 new webcasts are now available to faculty. Topics include: tax legislative process, state taxation, deferral of foreign earnings, accounting for income tax uncertainties, and business tax credits.

New Program Guides Available for Order
Copies of the complimentary Fall '09 Program Guide can now be ordered to share with your students. And with a new slimmer format, it's easier to carry to class. To order, just send an email to dbriefsu@deloitte.com with the quantity needed and mailing address. The guides will be shipped in early August.

Dbriefs U Fall '09 - New Webcasts Available August 3
Our Fall '09 program will offer 19 webcasts including all-new versions of four popular topics. New webcasts will be released to students for on-demand viewing beginning August 3 and will be available for faculty to preview as they are recorded in June and July. Read more.

A new way to offer extra credit
Nearly 75 professors are participating in Dbriefs U this semester and many are using it to offer their students extra credit. Webcasts can be viewed any time, and the program is free and easy to use.
Here's how:
1. Browse webcasts to identify a few relevant topics.
2. Direct students to www.deloitte.com/us/dbriefsu (or use
our announcement).
3. Request attendance reporting to check who viewed.
